Kensington big winner 3FM Awards – NU.nl

The 3FM Awards are the annual radio awards for the best Dutch acts and artists, chosen by 3FM listeners. The prices show was held for the twelfth time. The show took place in Tivoli Vredenburg Utrecht.

It was the fourth consecutive year that Kensington significantly fell in price. The band for the past three years has been named best rock act and had already won awards for best live act.

In the twelve categories were awarded prizes. Dotan was elected by 3FM listeners as the best singer, Miss Montreal received the award for best female singer. Furthermore won: Racoon (best pop artist), The Brahms (best alternative artist), Armin van Buuren (best dance artist) and Typhoon (best rapper)

The State received the award for best album of the year for D and Food & amp; Drugs Lil ‘Little and Ronnie Flex was chosen best single. Singer Lucas Hamming won the Serious Talent Award, the only jury of the 3FM Awards.

The show started at 15:30 Monday and lasted ten hours. There were 21 performances, including from Chef’Special, State, Ronnie Flex and Lil ‘Little Douwe Bob Dazzled Sticks and Lucas Hamming
