Murdered Jesse van Wieren possibly buried alive – NU.nl

RTV Noord announced on Monday that the Dutch Forensic Institute (NFI) can not exclude that Van Wieren was still alive when he was buried.

Jesse van Wieren was on New Year’s Eve for the last seen in a Kroef in Kloosterburen. He was then missing. After searching for a few days, his body was found in the garden of Rhowan P., near the pub. He is sitting with his girlfriend Desiree P. fixed as a suspect in the murder of Van Wieren.

There would have been a quarrel and the defendants rely on self-defense. The NFI announced that Van Wieren was punched, beaten, edited with an iron bar, was stabbed with a knife and tried to strangle him. Then he was buried. The prosecution is provisionally from blood loss as a cause of death.



Suggestive

The final report is not ready yet, but the defense lawyer does not want the possible offense is included in the final version. He thinks it is suggestive.

Van Wieren Should be buried alive, then this can lead to severe penalties, according to RTV Noord-crime journalist Peter Steinfort.

The merits of the lawsuit is likely after the summer.
