Police: James (17) a victim of racism – Yahoo! News

The 17-year-old James from Almelo claiming to be victims of abuse and racism at the fair in Geesteren is not abused by the police. “The injuries caused by a fall from his bicycle,” the police said. James himself continues to claim that he was abused. The matter now rests with the prosecutor.

The minor boy from Almelo told earlier this month a shocking story. He would be called a ‘dirty nigger cancer’ and after a chase were beaten by a group of aggressive men between 25 and 35 years old. The reason was, according to James three bottles of water he’d brought.

‘Fallen bicycle

The police investigated the matter and draw a completely different conclusion. “We exclude from trace evidence and hearing from many witnesses that he received the injuries from abuse,” a police spokesman reported on Yahoo! News. “The minor boy was under the influence of alcohol and was subsequently fallen at a different location of his bike and has thereby suffered injury. Without anyone else participated in it.”

James caught by the police to steal bottles of liquor. “It is over and over again pushed and pulled, but he has not got the injury.” The police examined the outcome of the investigation Monday with the 17-year-old boy and his parents

James:. ‘Agents intimidating

James sticks to his story, he tells RTL Nieuws. He calls the actions of the two officers who have spoken to him intimidating. “I do not agree with the conclusion of the police. Witnesses protect each other. I only have injuries to my face and also no scratch or damage to my bike, which was somewhere else and they do not see me cycling,” says James in a comment.

he also announced that he has issued to the police in the rush another explanation. James: “Out of fear, I admitted that I’ve fallen I wanted to get away..” The 17-year-old boy does not know yet whether he again does return. “We’ll see.”

The police are calling these statements “not convenient” and let the matter further on the prosecutor.
