The political party, Think drag the NRC Handelsblad for the court because of publications that the newspaper did about the chairman of the party, Selçuk Öztürk.

The Council for Journalism confirms that the seat is moved. “It may happen that one of the two parties is prevented,” says the Council, who added that Öztürk on this matter is informed.
