The trio responds to a petition filed Susan Schneider in December. In it she asked for ‘instructions’ on the correct interpretation of the legacy of Williams, with whom she was three years old married when he committed suicide last year.
According to the children, this petition is no longer necessary because the stakeholders have come into the trust fund to a final and absolute decision on the distribution.
Schneider itself meanwhile filed a new lawsuit in which identifies not get enough money. But according to the children it was decided that in the house where they can continue to live lived with Williams and moreover all costs for maintenance, taxes and insurance are reimbursed up to her death.
That would amount to half of the value of the inheritance.
Income
The children suspect that Schneider also wants to get a regular income for themselves from the legacy. Also they would stick to all kinds of personal items, such as watches and works of art, which the actor, according to the children of them has failed. The widow would “seek to increase its share of the value of the trust fund at the expense of children,” it says on the New York Daily News written in legal paperwork.
