“Three years in prison for Badr Hari – Telegraaf.nl

The Public Prosecutor (OM) on Wednesday appealed three year jail sentence for kickboxer Badr Hari. The prosecutor keeps the 30-year-old martial artist responsible for a series of assaults in the Amsterdam nightlife. Among them was that of businessman Koen Everink at Sensation in the Amsterdam ArenA in 2012

.

The demand was lower than last year, when the prosecutor asked the court Hari impose a sentence of four years, with a conditional. The reason for this was that the prosecution will appeal the view stated that the mistreatment of Everink there was no premeditation, which has previously been suggested.

The prosecutor did not appeal against the acquittal which Hari court last year in a few violence cases granted. The court sentenced Hari last year ended and a half years in prison, including six months probation.

Before the court gave the prosecution Wednesday that he is in the preparation of the trial “an increasingly gloomy picture” of the person Hari got. “No empathy, no guilt, its findings of experts with which I agree. It is not ruled out that he deliberately an image has been trying to create it was not to be trifled with him, he was untouchable.”

As Hari is hardly more in the Netherlands, it did not make sense to a partly suspended sentence. For the same reason asked the prosecutor to the court the suspension of Hari’s detention this Friday at the end of the case to lift immediately.

By HJ Ferhat Y. demanded the prosecution fifteen months in prison.

Sorry

Badr Hari offered in court to apologize to Koen Everink. “I find it sad to hear what you have to experience. As a sportsman, I understand how hard you suffer as a result.”

Everink experiencing more than three years after the ‘Sensation’ incident still daily physical and mental effects of aggravated assault to which he fell victim

That bully to prison. He is not often in the Netherlands, is no excuse; put it conditionally but in real punishment. And if it should suit his NL passport.

Harry Bader 30 years: This man is convicted of assault with serious bodily and mental harm. Badr Hari 30 years: On appeal three years claimed. This boy made a difficult period in his life. Was just about to pick up his sports career again. Must have a chance to make something beautiful out of his life. Conviction would mean a false start. Suspended sentence.

Again a Moroccan with a “preview” function! Should have been punished severely to serve as examples for the Moroccan youth.

Scandalous low sentence. Unheard of. What a strange world legal system. An important purpose of punishment, retribution, total is not done justice. So the only way to get right in the Netherlands has its own direction. Eye for eye, tooth for tooth. Necessary due to the ill-informed judges in the Netherlands, who think that ‘prevention’ is the sole purpose of punishment.

He set an example for many, that violence will not be tolerated in the NL State, was an opportunity for the prosecution to present him as an example. A missed opportunity, unfortunately …

They should condemn him for at least 6 to 7 years, because if they pick up there for arest remains there is nothing about that guy just needs to be banished from society.
