This was announced Thursday in RTL Boulevard .
In the spring of 2016 the program will begin auditions. If the talent is present is not yet known.
American Idol was seen from 2002 to 2008 on the Dutch television. In other countries, the talent is still there.
The first season of the program was won by Jamai Loman. That season was presented by Reinout Oerlemans and Tooske Ragas.
Henkjan Smits, Eric van Tijn, Jerney Kaagman and Edwin Jansen sat on the jury of the first season. It is still unclear who will sit in the new jury
