Roman Polanski also after appeal, not extradited to United States – NU.nl

Polanski’s lawyer Olszewski stressed in may that the court in Krakow has ruled on the admissibility of an extradition to the US, not on the accusation itself. Also, the court doubts whether Polanski a fair trial in Los Angeles.
