The action of Simon is a bit of a slow start, writes The Netherlands, but band and blazers play flawless, and “Simon sings still so soft and pure that you sometimes suspiciously in the direction of the technician is lying in wait or he does not secretly just a cd set up”.
The newspaper will further sympathetic of Simon that the song Graceland is playing, while he at the earlier concerts in his tour left.

AD – four stars
Paul Simon played in the Ziggo Dome “one of the best musical concerts of this year,” said the AD. The 75-year-old singer had earlier intimated that he is thinking about the end of his musical career, but the newspaper hopes that it is still a long way off.
“So vergaarden that well-known songs just the little twist that was needed they again just crispy fresh sound. And that resulted in a night on which only one wish could mean: late Paul Simon, please, continue to occur.”

NRC gives no stars
Also of NRC need to “popgenie” Simon is still not to stop performing. “For a 75-year-old showed he is admirably energetic, and there was even a dance from in Duncan, not his biggest hit, but, anyway, the umpteenth proof of popgenie. After two and a half hours, he took his well-deserved ovation in receiving as a proud musician for years.”

The Volkskrant – three star
The Volkskrant was a little less enthusiastic than other media. “Ten musicians on stage was really a bit too much for a man who at his best is when his thin but beautiful and original voice.”
The action had, according to the newspaper, and plenty of nice moments, but was “never more than a good concert”.
