The film will be released in the US, Canada, Germany and Australia. That’s what producer Holland Harbour and the Dutch Just Film reported Friday.
The Legend of Longwood , which turned largely on location in Ireland, tells of a twelve year old girl with her mother (Reuten) of New York moved to Ireland. Here, she discovers that there is a link between her and the three hundred year old legend of the Black Knight, which haunts regularly in the village where they like to live his.
The film is directed by Irish filmmaker Lisa Mulcahy.
The Legend of Longwood runs from 11 June in the Dutch cinemas. Reuten can also be seen soon in the thriller The Reunion and the third season of the hit series Adultery
