Netherlands was 27th in semifinals Eurovision – nrc.nl

the Netherlands in the semifinals of the 27th Eurovision Song Contest. Trijntje Oosterhuis took with the entry ‘Walk Along’ 33 points inside. Oosterhuis received include some points of Belgium, Denmark and Estonia.

Switzerland scored the worst, with four points. The Finnish punks with intellectual disabilities took 13 points. On the semifinals did 33 countries participated.

This is clear from the full transcripts that organizer EBU tonight announced. The results of the two semi-finals are always announced until after the finals, not to influence the scoring thereof. On the evenings to hear the semifinals we only get there by whom.

Sweden won the Eurovision finale

Last night Sweden won the final with Heroes of Måns Zelmerlöw. The top 5 of the semifinals looks almost as it did that of the final, with Sweden in first place, followed by Russia, Latvia, Israel, Belgium and Norway. Sweden won the final convincingly with 365 points. Russia got 303. Eleven countries gave Sweden the full 12 points, eleven other gave the country 10 points.

Russian False hope

Still, it seemed during the broadcast for some time that Russia would win. Blonde singer Polina Gagarina talked to Conchita Wurst (winner of last year and now one of the presenters) in which she thanked everyone already through tears.

This false Russia hopes were caused by the sequence of countries disclose their scores. These are so put one after the other by the organization, in that the voltage remains as long as possible inside it. It is after all boring if viewers already know right away that Sweden is unbeatable

Host and title holder Austria. (Submission: The Make Makes, hipsters with fire wings) reached the finals last place with zero points.

Winner explains gay pronouncements

Zelmerlöw had tonight for the press yet or to return to his old slip about the “abnormality” of homosexuality. He said: “I am pleased and relieved that the gay community has forgiven me and received me here so hot.”

Zelmerlöw made his remarks in March in a cooking program. He said that gay children should not receive, because it was an aberration, and that he found it strange that men shared with the bed. This proved to be a faux pas – the contest in the LGTB community has a large, enthusiastic following – which boomed through the festival. To repair the damage, he often offered his apologies. For safety, he also came out as a bisexual.

The Swedish request bisexual singer said he is getting married in June. But that could be a joke
