Trijntje Oosterhuis eliminated in semifinals Eurovision – NU.nl

Oosterhuis represented the Netherlands with the song Walk Along , written by Anouk. The countries that advance to the final of the sixtieth Contest are Albania, Armenia, Russia, Romania, Hungary, Greece, Estonia, Georgia, Serbia and Belgium.

It is the first time since 2012 that the Netherlands is in the finals of the Eurovision Song Contest. When Joan Franka was eliminated in the semifinals. In the subsequent two years, the Netherlands had sonfestivalsucces Anouk (number 9 in 2013) and The Common Linnets (number 2 in 2014).
