It is still unclear whether the Foo Fighters Pinkpop close Sunday. Frontman Dave Grohl broke yesterday his leg during a performance in Sweden.
Festival boss Jan Smeets left Friday to Buzze know that there is constant contact with the management of the American rockers but there is no clarity yet is about Grohls state.
“Maybe he will be operated on at the moment. I do not know,” Smeets said after the first day of the festival. “In Sweden, he just played on in a wheelchair. Who knows. We see the sun.”
A spokesman for the festival had previously announced that it is still unclear whether the band Grohl Sunday comes to Landgraaf . “At the moment we know nothing. It is called pressure.”
