Bad news for fans of the Foo Fighters. American rock band has just announced not to play at Rock Werchter by the fracture of Dave Grohl. The frontman Friday broke his leg in a fall from the stage during a show in Sweden.
It soon became clear that Grohl not patched in time for the hit shows on the Dutch Pinkpop in the Swiss St. Gallen. Hope continued to exist at the Werchter goers, but tonight then came the official news that deleted the rest of the tour in Europe.
The doctors do not give the green light for the scheduled shows in Wembley (19 and June 20), Edinburgh (June 23), Werchter (June 25) and Glastonbury (June 26).
Double shame because the Foo Fighter this year were the absolute headliner of Rock Werchter. Exactly to the arrival of Grohl & amp; co to make the Werchter possible, the whole festival was a week early (to the annoyance of many students, ed.). All for nothing turns out.
