Pinkpop laps too long – Telegraaf.nl

The Youth of Today was a slow start at Pinkpop, but finally made the expectations where and built a party. Landgraaf needed it today toward opportunity valve Pharrell Williams, who had to fill the place of Foo Fighters.

On the trimmings abound. Mister ‘Happy’ even had dancers at who kept to choreography. An old hit like ‘Frontin’ ‘went there, fine danceable disco fresher work as’ Marilyn Monroe’ too. Only those real explosion did not happen. Bit silly maybe, but that had Dave Grohl else done.

Before the final Williams it was especially Youth that caused a stir. Or visitors so wanted to be friendly with each other to take place on the shoulders, asked the men. To jump afterwards. Geinig! And thus finally came sailing in their action. Something that could use the nearly 70,000 visitors from today though.

On good sense does not lack. Or to acts of balls. For how beautiful Kovacs sang, how mysterious she looked with her hat: the question is whether the Limburg singer at Pinkpop was at her place

OneRepublic <. /> strong> had trouble getting the crowd moving. Now they do not quite there for the music – apart from their hit ‘Counting Stars’ maybe. But with that knowledge had been crazy not to put them before the youth, instead of after.

Counting Crows was the fifth time at Pinkpop and did what it needed do, but no more than that. punk rock Rise Against : nice to get out your roof, but after half an hour it was a bit monotonous. The final day of Pinkpop 2015 babbled too long.

Fortunately, we had Placebo yet that the whey in Landgraaf has often put on fire. The British eyes might not be spectacular, but at least you can count on them, as it turned out again today. Neat they worked out hit after hit, with extra Placebo’s version of the Kate Bush classic ‘Running Up That Hill. At last real action! Together with the adjoining Pharrell Williams the three-day festival was fortunately not completely fizzled.
