The hidden camera footage of dating the mayor of Maastricht, Onno Hoes late last year had a young boy, by broadcasting PowNed of the website and uitzendinggemist.nl removed. That afternoon revealed during a hearing at the court in Amsterdam.
Fitted demands that broadcasting images rectifies, further spread impossible, and the originals cedes to him. The outgoing mayor believes he was filmed secretly during a private appointment and that broadcast the images by PowNed without any social interests have been violated his honor and reputation.
PowNed president Dominique Weesie left the court Friday that the offending broadcast has now been removed from the website and uitzendinggemist.nl. The lawyer of hoes denied that. Weesie: “If the show still on the NPO-site, then there’s something wrong.” (Reuters)
