“We hear you sigh: Another superhero movie Yes, only Suicide Squad just a tikkie different this time no noble crusader hunting?. for karma points No. director David Ayer gathered the vuigste professional criminals from DC Comics and forged them into a ruthless, vuilbekkend suicide bombers (…) But Ayer -.. nevertheless renowned through raw drama as Fury and End of watch – does not know how the big ideas a pair of psychopathic cons to shake up the superhero world “

“director David Ayer brings the film’s first half hour able to taste with striking scenes and neon-like colors. Curiously, he does not succeed in his colorful premise to provide an appropriate follow-up. (…) the evil that squad must fight incomprehensible drowsy and cheap imagined, random hodgepodge of postmodern referred pop songs (Eminem, the White Stripes) irritates quickly and the scene in which loom over the city floating debris should ensure apocalyptic grandeur, is exactly the superheldenfilmcliché you in this film not hoped to see “

“. the maker of gritty films as end of watch, Sabotage and Fury do not keep the balance between seriousness and nonsense, but that is pretty difficult in a movie about mentally disturbed gajes intended to prevent the end of time. By comparison with Guardians of the Galaxy is the new DC-film no match, even strokes Will Smith, Margot Robbie and Jared Leto are nice to their memorable villain roles. They will no doubt return, because the DC universe in the coming years anyway expanded. Every beginning is difficult “

It was a dozen nihilistic “Death Row” -gevangenen sent on a seemingly impossible mission to occupied France. (…) Not only is the suicide squad as very cool and “bad ass” put down, the style choices betray a glorification of American gun culture you best as unhealthy or even deugend could characterize. So clang shell casings in slow motion on the ground and we see a top made shot of The Joker (from Batman Films) in which the camera slowly goes up and shows him surrounded by hundreds of hand grenades, numerous knives and an endless row of guns. The undersigned has just lost interest in it “
