On 2 december the long-awaited album by The Rolling Stones. the Blue & Lonesome is the first studio album from the band in ten years. In just three days took the band throughout the whole album that goes back to the beginning, and their passion for the blues. “Blues music is always the heart and soul of The Rolling Stones”, explains the band on their website.
Don Was and The Glimmer Twins (Mick Jagger and Keith Richards) have the production for their account. To the spontaneity of the music to preserve, is the album recorded live in the studio. The Stones were musically assisted by Darryl Jones (bass), Chuck Leavell (keyboards), Matt Clifford (keyboards) and Eric Clapton, who happened to be in the same studio and recorded an album.
