Actor Thijs Romer has written a book. It’s about a man who goes off the rails and then collapses

The first book of the actor, the title Weemoedt bears, is about talent manager Job Weemoedt . He accompanies presenters, actors and a stray football in their careers. He saves them for the pitfalls and temptations in their path and keep their excesses and scandals in the press.

Until he flies himself off the rails and his carefully constructed world collapse. During his self-imposed exile in France he counts already writing off with his enemies, friends and especially with himself.

Thijs began his career as a stage actor. He acted in Othello, Cloaca and The Normal Heart. He also plays in the series Murder Wife and was shown last year in New neighbors.

Thijs was in recent months, especially in the limelight by his separation from Katja . That was confirmed by the couple in February, after a long time rumors.

On June 12, the book Weemoedt, let publisher AW Bruna know. The father of Thijs, Peter Römer , also writes. He brought the novels Blackmail and Fraud, and the book Piet Römer , a life in stories, Thijs’ grandfather who died in 2012.
