The presenter challenged the magazine to court after an article in the latest issue of Quote , which suggests that Van Dijk had a cocaine addiction and in that regard has to receive treatment in rehab.
The presenter claimed compensation of 15,000 euros and a corrigendum to the magazine. The final amount of damages will be determined later by the court.

The magazine’s lawyer said in court that Quote of six different, unnamed sources have heard about alleged addiction to Van Dijk.
