Phil Rudd has today pleaded guilty in the case against him in New Zealand. AC / DC drummer is accused people have been threatened with death and drugs to have had in his possession.
In December Rudd pleaded still innocent. Then he was also suspected of hiring a killer, but then fell indictment showed that there was no evidence. Now he admits that he indeed has threatened to call murder a man and his daughter. He also said that he had indeed 0.7 grams of hard drugs and 130 grams of cannabis at home.
The lawsuit will continue until the end of June. Meanwhile, Rudd must not leave the country, and AC / DC went without him on tour. He was replaced by Chris Slade, who between 1990 and 1994 also played at the Australian rockers.
