Wim Sonneveld gets its own bridge on the Marnixstraat – Parool.nl

Wim Sonneveld get a bridge in Amsterdam. The Board of Mayor and Aldermen has decided to bridge 175 on Marnixstraat, over the canal, to name the deceased comedian.

This reports the Telegraph. The bridge is located near the La Mar Theatre, where a room at Sonneveld is named. Initiator Daan Bartels had the college actually bridge 40 requested. That is the bridge Sonneveld had themselves photographed for the cover of The Amsterdam canals.

Bartels is therefore pleased and disappointed with the decision of the college. “But Sonneveld lasting honor was the target.
