That’s co-producer Jan Mojto Monday announced a TV trade fair in Cannes. The series is made by the French channel RTL and FT1.
The film cost about 20 million euros. Historically, manufacturers rely on the latest ideas about the dictator.
The series begins in 1918, the end of the First World War, and ends in May 1945, when Hitler in his Berlin bunker commits suicide. The script is of the writers Niki Stein and Hark Bohm, who spent three years working on the project.
Perspective
Each part is told from the perspective of someone who at that time in Hitler’s life played an important role. The first part is viewed from the perspective of three of Hitler’s comrades at the front of the First World War
