During a pretrial hearing, Dirk Klaas M., of the family’s blackmailer Mol, expressed regret about it has not done it. It has become unclear during the session why M. did it.
M. sent more than a year letters to John de Mol, in which he demanded of him millions of euros. If this would not happen, he would include the children of Linda de Mol hurt.
The lawyer for the 70-year-old defendant said during the hearing that his client is mentally and physically in bad shape and early the court to release Mr. Here the court did not count. The custody of M. was until the next pretrial hearing renewed on 19 May.
