For the last time presenting his radio show Friday Gerard Ekdom Effe Ekdom on NPO 3FM. The radio DJ moves to Radio 2

He begins in October with a new morning program. Timur and Ramon taking the lunchtime show from him.

Ekdom worked for seventeen years at 3FM and did various programs, of which the last few years, the lunch show between two and twelve. He also had locked up eight times in the Glass House for the fundraiser Serious Request.

He said earlier that it was time for a new step in his career. Ekdom begins on October 5th with a brand new morning show between 6:00 and 9:00 pm: Ekdom in the Morning. “It is a silent dream to make a morning show, I am really looking forward to get up early soon,” said DJ.
