Review
The movie “2/11 – The game of wolf” about the murder of Theo van Gogh is much more credible than ’06 / 05 ‘, Van Gogh’s film about the murder of Pim Fortuyn. It is a skilful directed thriller that is sometimes a little too ambiguous

Yet no bomb threat? It shot through the head when many visitors’ 2/11 – The game of the wolf an hour later than planned at the Dutch Film Festival premiered. Fortunately, the technical problems that the delay caused by the political thriller that shows what occurred after the murder of Theo van Gogh possible within the AIVD has played.

Opposite him is team leader Ellen (Susan Visser), which is shaken by the failures of the AIVD and the cynicism of her boss, who inpepert her that the interest of the state must always have priority. The truth does not matter. So the ‘wolf’ in the title also refers to the AIVD.
The game behind the scenes Ellen brings in a conflict of loyalties: to contribute to the lie or the truth for them? Unlike Van Gogh’s ’06 / 05 ‘(2004), that an implausible conspiracy theory about the murder of Fortuyn posits, is “2/11 – The game of wolf largely based on facts, so it is much more credible.

The AIVD boss is a cynic, Ellen a sentimentalist, a senior official (Pierre Bokma) a callous jerk. Their judgments are just too typical. That people may say, confusing and contradictory things is not to be found in the script of Theodor Holman and Gijs van de Westelaken.
