Beyonce and Jay Z have their eye on a hyper-modern estate in Beverly Hills. They have already made at least two visits in the villa that is for sale for 65.6 million euros. This is reported on the authority of TMZ sources in the real estate world.
When Beyonce and Jay Z last summer in Los Angeles lived, they spent a couple of visits to their dream home that overlooks Malibu and downtown Los Angeles.
The sleek house has eight bedrooms, a swimming pool on the edge of a hill and a garage with space for 16 cars. But also a wine cellar and a movie theater with 24 cinema seats are not missing.
Beyonce and Jay Z rented a summer home for more than 150,000 per month.
Album together
After their joint tour have Beyonce and Jay Z to the taste. The married couple is now working on a “great” album, around the turn to come out.
