Kluijver Nicolette and her husband Joost Staudt have their home in Amsterdam Zuid put back on sale. The asking price is higher than the last time it was for sale, at 1.7 million.
© ANP Kippa. According to the site bekendeburen.nl wants the couple as benefiting from the rise in house prices. Kluijver and Staudt currently live in her apartment of 43 square meters on the Haarlemmerweg in Amsterdam. In early October, they moved to a farm outside the city.
The buyer gets to 1.7 million a split level house with a total living area of 278 square meters. The house consists of six rooms and a roof terrace of 74 square meters, located on the south.
