It is the first time that the ex Tom Cruise directs a film.
The yet untitled film is about a mother ( Katie Holmes ), who along with her 13-year-old daughter ends meet trying to make. Josh Boone , director of hit movie The Fault in Our Stars, takes care of the scenario. Jane Rosenthal produces the film. “Katie can very well empathize with the mother-daughter relationship,” says Rosenthal.
